Warner Brothers Studios

Each of us has ever seen films shot at the Warner Brothers Studios located in Los Angeles and occupying a huge area. The studio was named after the four Warner Brothers, three of whom opened the Cascade Cinema in 1903. After a year, they made an entire cinemas chain. It was broadcasting films in four states. Brothers decided to produce films in 1918, while by the 30s, they organized the production of animated films.

You can buy tickets for the tour on the website. It is also recommended to come to the tour 15 minutes before the start. All visitors get to buses and go along the streets of the movie studio. During the tour, a guide tells how the streets were changing for different films. The same street can be used for the 1920s of Chicago and modern New York. A viewer does not even guess that both episodes were shot in one place. Interestingly, when a car passing a pedestrian appears in the scene, in most cases, it is only a part of the car, pushed by technicians. They make it move. 

Warner Brothers is the only film studio in the world with a bamboo forest on its territory. It does not look like a forest, but editors create a true tropical jungle owing to modern technologies.

In addition to residential buildings, located on various streets, there are high constructions. In films, they turn into hospitals or police departments. All the buildings have two facades. So, it adds some space. It is unusual to drive along the street of “Desperate Housewives” and look at these houses. 

There are several pavilions in the film studio. Each of them has a sign with the names of films that were shot there. You can enter some of them and see decorations with your own eyes.
